Lovely spot
Left my racket there a couple months back and called them to confirm. They said it’s there and will keep it till I return. Didn’t go back for a while because I traveled to Thailand for 3 weeks, came back and they didn’t have it. They then called in a manager who said they have a 4-week policy for lost and found, mind you i spoke to 3 people before this and none of them knew or mentioned this 4-week policy. Oh, this also isn’t written anywhere, even had to look through T&Cs. Fine, you lost my racket of £120, can you compensate me for the loss of my racket? The answer was no… I was given £60 credit which I can only use to play at Georgians…while i still have to rent a racket if i go there… just be aware.
