Courts are nice But after a mistake made by Rio Areana with the booking The staff member we dealt with onsite was very rude and angry. - refused to acknowledge mistake made by Rio Areana at time of booking even though we had all messages to show them as well as trying out best to communicate in Spanish and using google translate - threatened to call the police - swore at us and doesn’t seem to like foreigners - we paid an extra 54 euros as to not ruin our trip. The staff member later acknowledged the mistake but no apology. We did get an apology from someone else when messaged on what’s app and do appreciate that

2 stars is literally for the courts only. Attended with a group of 8 friends… all sorted and paid for beforehand. Staff was very very rude and even swore at us in his own language. Made us pay another 50 odd euros ontop of our already paid bill for use of the equipment. Even threatened to ring the police no apology when a hour later he realised his mistake. Very disappointed. Would not attend again and do not recommend

Came here with a group of friends, we booked 3 courts and only needed 2. The person dealing with us was incredibly rude. The courts are nice but the staff terrible

Rio Arena Pádel tiene una gestión de residuos lamentable e incívica que genera un problema constante para los vecinos. De forma habitual tiran bolsas de basura sin cerrar directamente sobre la tapa del contenedor, en lugar de depositarlas correctamente dentro. Como resultado, las latas y otros residuos acaban esparcidos por la calle, ensuciando todo el entorno. En las fotos se ven las bolsas dentro del contenedor únicamente porque una vecina ha tenido que meterlas para evitar que la basura se desparrame. Pero esta situación se repite una y otra vez. Además, no hacen ningún tipo de separación de residuos, ignorando por completo el uso del contenedor amarillo. Es un comportamiento muy incívico por parte de Río Arena Pádel que está degradando el barrio y afectando directamente a quienes vivimos aquí. Estamos bastante hartos de esta situación. Si continúa, se tomarán medidas y se trasladará a las autoridades competentes.
