Had the best experience training padel with Coach Paul at Rally Padel Club. Flew in from Singapore and wanted to get better at padel. He is an attentive coach who gave us tips on our techniques, even when we were playing games at the end of the class. Kudos to him and I hope to be back again!
I honestly feel a little upset about what happened when our group came to play today. This was our second time coming here because our office is located in the same mall. The 1st time we came was also our very 1st time discovering padel after a friend told us the sport was really fun. We even hired a coach to teach us how to play properly. The next day, my friends and i came back again to look for padel gear and shoes because we were already planning to make padel our weekly activity here since we genuinely enjoyed it from the 1st time but unfortunately, no one who could properly explain the padel gear to us even just a simple questions. Today was our second time playing here, and we found out the boss of this place was playing on the court beside us. We really enjoyed watching the games because everyone looked so professional and skilled. It honestly motivated us to come train here more often since our office is literally downstairs. We are beginners who are still learning, we looked awkward or inexperienced. And even our dress up look like “clown” maybe. Thats why we looked sooo “penyangak” and poor to some people (but we actually really poor). Thats why when we were leaving, the boss came to ask whether we had paid or not. I can understand why he asked because we didnt pay at the counter because their staff came directly to us with the card machine for payment. When we were leaving, that staff member wasnt around anymore. We repeatedly tried to show our payment receipt, but the boss refused to even look at it and insisted on waiting for the staff to confirm our payment instead. Sorry to say this, but does your payment system really work this weakly? Surely if the boss had just checked our receipt, it would clearly show the payment was made belong to u. We offered multiple times for him to verify it, but he refused to look. We can understand the situation but please, even if we look like orang bodo, at least ask in a kinder and more respectful way. The approach really made us feel uncomfortable and upset. We are not scammers or people trying to run away from payment. We are a group of influencers that not very famous, but surely we wouldnt ruin our reputation over RM230. It honestly felt sad to be looked at that way. Who knows, maybe we are actually “CEO yang menyamar” or “the richest people in the world” like those Chinese short dramas 😭 What makes it even sadder is that i been promoting this place to my friends because i genuinely liked the facilities here. I told them this place also has coaches who can teach beginners properly, because many place dont provide that kind of support. Dear boss, i am sorry because we looked too poor.
Bro, bro. I show u the resit here. I worry u cant see that i already paid for the court. Pls look into it yea. Bcoz when i show the resit to u but u don wanna see it. Even i repeat it so many time and show it to u but u can make dono n don wanna see it until ur staff came. So i show u here. Just to share my experience since i am newbie in this sport. Padel is good sport. The court and fasilities is good. So u got the 2 star. But u lost 3 star is bcoz of the service and attitude. My first time is on last week. And u can check yourself how much i spend Court & Food on the 1st day. So the next day i came to buy my own Padel Racket and Shoes but unfortunately no one can explain or even answer my simple question, “do u guys have other design shoes?” Simple right my question? And today, did your staff explain that the ball is compulsory to purchase? I am totally new in this sport. How i know the ball is compulsory to purchase? If your staff can explain well, do u think i will not pay for the ball? I know all this happened bcoz of misunderstanding. But doesn’t mean people like us wearing not proper and don have the expensive Padel gears, you can treat customer like not your level?
War etwas schwierig zu finden. Doch sehr Gute Anlage, gepflegte Courts, tolle Attitude der Mitarbeiter… all the Best for you…

Top-tier padel club! The facilities are excellent and the staff is amazing. Thanks to Alex for being so helpful and to Paul for the expert tips on the court. The setting on top of Quill City Mall is incredible. This is definitely my new go-to spot in KL!!!

Excellent padel courts with a stunning KL view The padel courts at The Rally are really well maintained and very comfortable to play on, making every rally feel smooth and enjoyable. The mezzanine area is beautiful and offers a lovely view of the KL Tower, which adds a special vibe before and after your game. You can organise your private events here. Convenient location and easy access Getting to The Rally is very easy; it’s just about 15 minutes from Mont Kiara, Bangsar, and other central areas, so it’s perfect for a spontaneous session after work or on weekends. Great recovery amenities and atmosphere When you book a padel court, you also get access to a nice free sauna and a free ice bath, which makes it easy to recover and relax after an intense match. The overall atmosphere is fun, modern, and very padel‑focused—ideal for both casual players and more serious sessions with friends.

A great place to try padel with an amazing view of KL Tower. On top of a padel court, non padel players can also enjoy food and beverages from the restaurant and bar.
