Stopped for a coffee and croissant, looks good inside, the staff was pleasant and helpful, we have not played padel before, we will be back to give it a go 😀

Staff not friendly at all! From the beginning of arrival until leaving was really annoying! Even before the drinks we ordered arrived, someone else's order was placed on the table 😤 and did not say sorry or anything 🙁 Our position as the first to arrive until finally leaving to pay was confusing 🫤 basically will not come back again!!!

Sempet juga sebelum minuman yang kita pesan datang,malah orderan orang lain yang di taruh di meja 😤 dan sama sekali tidak bilang maaf atau apapun 🙁 posisi kita yang pertama kali datang sampe akhirnya pulang mau bayar pun membingungkan 🫤 intinya gak akan balik lagi !!!

Came here several times to watch my boyfriend play padel and ended up loving the place. I also took a padel class with Coach Alex and he was awesome! They also have a ping pong table, which is perfect to play while waiting for padel time. Courts and service are great, also the concept of seating area makes it super cozy to just chill and watch the games. Food was also good, tried the fettuccine, aglio olio was good but the carbonara was delicious.

Sanur Padel Club is a blast for beginners! Did a coaching lesson and a couple matches—super fun, even coming from squash and tennis. Cozy cafe, friendly staff, chill vibe. Social games look great too. Definitely heading back—cool crowd and great energy!

Terrible service. We booked the entire venue for a private event, but the head coach/manager, Alex, is not willing to meet with us or discuss anything before our event. We've told him we have no prior experience organizing a padel event, and he said he's very busy. If we want to consult with him, we have to pay him 1 million/hour on top of what we're paying for the venue. Ridiculous. We're asking for assistance with organizing the teams for the match, as we will offer prizes to the winners. He only said he's been playing padel for 20 years, so we don't need to worry (in a mocking tone over voicenote). When I said I would pull out of the booking if he is not being helpful, he said that's okay because my event is on a Sunday and he's too lazy to oversee a match on a Sunday anyway. What he meant by 'he answered all of our questions' is what is included in the fee; if we could decorate the area, etc, he did not answer any questions about the match whatsoever. When asked if there was any house rule we should be aware of, he replied 'just common sense'. Clearly, he lacks one. Good luck running a business with that attitude. Learn some manners and hospitality.
