my experience as a member of Central Padel Dubai. Before purchasing my membership, I specifically asked whether the included court booking benefit was for private court bookings. I was informed in a way that led me to believe it was. However, after joining, I discovered that the benefit is actually for shared/matchmaking bookings. This was a significant factor in my decision to become a member, and I feel that I was misinformed. In addition, despite paying a substantial membership fee and being promised priority booking privileges, I have found it extremely difficult to reserve a court. Courts are consistently fully booked, even when I attempt to book three weeks in advance. This raises serious concerns about the value of the “priority booking” benefit if members are unable to secure courts within a reasonable timeframe. To make matters worse, I have found the customer service to be disappointing. My inquiries have not been handled promptly, and I have not received the level of support I would expect as a paying member. Instead of offering solutions or clear explanations, my concerns have largely gone unanswered or unresolved. I joined in good faith based on the information provided to me and the premium experience that was advertised. Unfortunately, my experience has fallen well below those expectations. The combination of misleading information regarding court bookings, the inability to benefit from the advertised priority booking, and the lack of responsive customer service has left me questioning the value of my membership. I would appreciate a formal response addressing: • Why I was given misleading information regarding the court booking benefit. • How “priority booking” is intended to work when courts remain unavailable even weeks in advance. • What steps Central Padel Dubai will take to resolve these issues and restore confidence in the membership experience. I hope this matter can be resolved fairly and professionally, and I look forward to your prompt response.

I heard great things about Ariadna and decided to give her a try From the very first lesson, I could immediately tell the difference. she took the time to explain not just what I needed to do, but why She pays close attention to every aspect of your game and tailors the lesson to what you actually need to improve 🙌 What impressed me most is how much progress I made in just a couple of lessons. I left every session with a clear understanding of what I had improved and what to focus on next. For the first time, I genuinely felt like I was investing in coaching that was making me a better player. If you’re looking for a coach who truly cares about your development and puts real thought into every lesson, I couldn’t recommend Ariadna more. I’m genuinely excited for every session because I know I’ll leave a better player than when I arrived. Top level coaching (highly recommend Manuel and Carlos) and great courts. Also massage is great there after tough padel game

Do not recommend if you are starting. Decided to join one of their tournaments which was meant to be a beginner level and it was supposed to be a rotation set up but after the first match the coaches came up to us and said we were not allowed to play with the other players as we were not “good enough” and it would irritate the others but keeping in mind it was a beginner level! Coaches ended up playing with us and they were very clearly irritated to be there. Honestly do not recommend if you are starting and want a friendly and encouraging environment.

i played the padel vibe here on one friday night and the organisation was terrible. nobody knew what was going on. the italian coach was just putting anyone with anyone without taking into account the levels. we spent around half the time waiting and also the coach seemed more interested to play his own match instead of letting others who paid to play.

If you think padel is just a casual game — think again. Central Padel Dubai is a whole experience. From the moment you walk in, the energy hits differently — lights, music, atmosphere… it feels more like a premium sports club than a regular court. The courts are top-level, everything is well organized, and the vibe is always active — you don’t just play, you get into it. Perfect place whether you’re a beginner or already competitive. You come for one game… and end up staying for hours. Highly recommend if you want sport + energy + a real Dubai vibe
