Great roofed outdoor court with very friendly staffs. Many weekly events with different levels

Staff are all very nice and the courts are great quality. It has a very nice outdoor restaurant where you can watch others play while eating.

Do you think that ppl will resort to being disrespectful and upset unprovoked? You’re sure your staff didn’t have an attitude and being rude towards us? If you can do a survey, you’ll find out this isn’t the first time that the restaurant customers were treated differently by your sports center staff. This was not our first time there and we knew about the parking so your statement is a false statement about informing us. Clearly bias and more focus in damages control. The management seems to copy & paste reply claiming that there were no booking in the name, not everyone that goes there makes bookings, but I was there and photos I took are proof. Extremely poor management. If you have to drive there, don’t. Best to avoid going there to avoid frustrations. Completely clueless to customer service. staff ask my family members (party of 6 with 2 cars total) whom already started their dinner to move their cars while letting another that just arrive to parked in the spot that should be for one of our cars, resulting in 1 of our car to park outside. When I asked the staff why didn’t she tell that car to move, her reply was how could she ask? So I asked her how did she ask us, just ask that car the same way. Finally I told her so if we have to block the entrance because you cannot manage or ask that car to move, please don’t disturb our dinner until we finish. Guess her reply, that resulted in this one start review.

Certainly not the place you want to go if you're driving. Only three parking spots and the employees really don't care. I was supposed to Ave a family dinner but had to leave even before dinner was served.
