ASCARO Padel & Social Club

My group recently had a very disappointing experience with your F&B section. One of your waiters appears to be involved in some shady behaviour. Yesterday, when we came for our padel session, he approached us with a bill that he claimed was unpaid. When we asked to see the bill, he handed us a receipt that had been printed on the same day. We then asked him exactly when this supposedly unpaid bill was from, but he could not give us a definite answer and simply said it was from "some time in the past." Later that day, he approached us again and insisted we pay, this time claiming the bill was from five days ago. The problem is that we did not even visit Ascaro five days ago. This incident alone raises serious concerns. The second issue involved the drinks we ordered that day. Firstly, he repeatedly claimed that the card and QR payment systems were not working and insisted that we pay in cash, which seemed rather suspicious. However, after we insisted that we did not have cash, the QR payment method suddenly worked. Secondly, we ordered four glasses of gin, but the later servings barely seemed to contain any gin at all. Thirdly, we strongly suspect that extra drinks were added to our bill that we never ordered. To make matters worse, I have never been to a place where tonic water is charged separately when ordering gin, and Ascaro is the first place I have experienced this. On top of that, he charged us for only one can of tonic water for four glasses of gin, which does not make sense either. Finally, when we questioned him about all these issues, he responded with a rude attitude and said, "It's okay, no need to pay. You guys are a lot of trouble," before simply walking away. We have been patronising Ascaro Courts and your F&B section for more than a year, so this experience was extremely disappointing. Moving forward, we will still continue playing here because we have no issues with the courts. However, we will never patronise your F&B section again unless the questionable staff members are dealt with appropriately.

Booked a court to play with friends from abroad. Got charged and received an email confirmation. Showed up and was told that it was their old app. No court. And I still haven’t received my refund.

To all those who play there regularly know the wet courts problem and it could have been improved after almost 2 years but no luck. What’s worse is that the management does not have a courtesy to inform the players who have booked in advance at least 30 minutes before the game. Absolute recommendation! We first drove to the wrong court and arrived about 40 minutes late. Despite that, they still let us play the full time and even stayed longer just for us. That level of service is truly exceptional and not something you see often. Great padel courts, a very relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, and overall extremely professional. There is also a gym on site, everything is very modern, aesthetic, and well designed. 5/5 for service, facility, and overall experience

It has an outdoor gym too for a light workout before. A cafe named Paloma with a variety of food selections is a perfect combo. You can contact them for lesson if you’re interested to learn into this sport. My personal favorite is Coach Justine.

Wonderful location, always a joy to come here and pretend to play good Padel

I’ve been coming to Ascaro for almost a year now, and after trying a few other places, nothing quite matches the vibe here. As the first padel venue to open in Kuala Lumpur, Ascaro truly sets the standard — in my opinion, it’s the only place that deserves to be called a proper padel experience. The toilets and changing rooms are spotless (and air-conditioned!), the food is consistently good, and the staff are friendly and easygoing. Parking is also convenient and feels safe — you might have to circle a bit during peak hours, but there’s always space somewhere. All in all, Ascaro One Utama offers an unbeatable mix of vibe, facilities, and community.

This is a great spot to play Padel. It is also a great place for breakfast with friends when you have finished playing and need a good meal. There is a Wagyu rice bowl that is amazing

Sucks! It used to be good, but the service has gotten really bad. One time there was fresh bird poop on the court, and when I mentioned it to the staff, they just handed me a wet tissue and expected me to clean it up myself. What a joke, lol.
