Very nice complex, the gym is not too crowded and has modern equipment. Modern locker rooms, very big and well equipped relaxation/sauna area. The staff is friendly and very professional.
The Club is perfect to play tenis, papel, or even another sport.
It seems that Wellpass or Wellhub members are no longer welcome here. At check-in today, I was asked to provide personal information (employer). Initially, they said they needed to verify my membership, but later admitted they wanted the data for marketing purposes. When I refused, they threatened me with a ban from the premises. This kind of behavior is anything but customer-friendly and trustworthy. It's a shame, as I've always enjoyed working out here.
The best fitness center in Munich by far! Beautiful spa area and cool classes like HYROX.
We came as a pair for a trial workout, having received promotional cards ("Free Trial Workout") last year. Unfortunately, we no longer had the cards with us, but we did have a photo of them. Initially, we were told at reception that no such promotional offer existed. Then, an employee explained that we had to have the physical cards with us. Sadly, we weren't even offered a tour or any alternative. The overall customer service leaves much to be desired. Since we didn't see anything of the gym and the service and first impression were terrible, we're giving it one star.
No trial training session possible even though I was planning to take out a subscription. Oh well.
