Il n’y avait personne d’autres que nous donc nous avions un large choix de terrains. La vue est top, les équipements sont biens. On s’est vachement amusé c’était très sympa! C’est 160RM pour un terrain couvert pour 1h, il faut ajouter 30RM par raquette et 40RM pour les balles.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit bei Padel Bintang! Alles ist unkompliziert organisiert und das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist wirklich super. Das Team ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Schläger können problemlos gemietet werden und es gibt die Möglichkeit, nach dem Spiel einen frischen Juice zu trinken. Die Anlage ist sauber, die Aussicht ist wunderschön und sorgt für eine tolle Atmosphäre. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Anas est vraiment au top. Très agréable en tant que personne, mais aussi en tant que coach. Les terrains sont neufs et vraiment agréables, la vue est sublime. Compliqué de mieux faire !!! Merci encore

One of the most frustrating customer service experiences I have had at a sports venue. Our group of six arrived at approximately 7:15pm due to heavy rain. Upon arrival, the chinese lady staff clearly informed us that we could play until 8:15pm. All six of us heard the same thing and proceeded based on the information provided by the venue’s own staff. To our surprise, at exactly 8:00pm, the lights were switched off and we were told to leave because another group had booked the court. When we politely asked why we were being asked to leave 15 minutes earlier than the time we had been given, we were met with an extremely rude and dismissive attitude. We understand that we arrived late. What is unacceptable is being given one set of instructions, only for the venue to completely contradict itself later and then treat customers poorly when they seek clarification. Mistakes happen. Giving incorrect information can happen. What should never happen is speaking to customers with a lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic courtesy. The issue was not the 15 minutes. The issue was the way the situation was handled. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this venue to anyone who expects clear communication and respectful customer service.
