I recently discovered one of the few good places to play padel in Singapore. The only downside is that the evening slots are always fully booked, so my partner and I can never get a reservation. We can only play around midday instead. The courts are excellent overall—just that there are some minor imperfections with the glass walls where the rebound isn’t perfect. Other than that, it’s really great. I also often see a young staff with baby face member—I forgot his name, but I know he’s from Malaysia, something starting with “K.”. I’ve seen him several times working very hard under the hot sun, pushing sand and maintaining the courts. He’s a very dedicated and hardworking employee. Good job and keep it up

Court 2 had some uneven spots where the ball bounced unevenly

I’ve visited this venue several times and, unfortunately, my experiences with the lady staff at the counter have been consistently disappointing. Her demeanour often comes across as rather unfriendly and dismissive, which is quite surprising for a club that positions itself as a premium padel destination. As someone with basic expectations when it comes to service standards, I found the interaction lacking the courtesy and professionalism one would reasonably anticipate. I also encountered the same refund issue that several other reviewers have mentioned. Instead of handling the matter with clarity and empathy, the situation was addressed in a manner that felt unnecessarily rigid and unaccommodating. Situations like this are precisely where good customer service should step in to de-escalate concerns and reassure customers, but unfortunately that was not my experience. In my view, the staff member in question would benefit from being called back for retraining to bring her customer service standards and manner back to a basic level. On a more positive note, I’ve recently noticed a new staff member named Ka Chin. He has been patient, attentive, and genuinely passionate about his work, which is refreshing to see. His attitude reflects the level of hospitality that guests would hope to receive here. I hope the management continues to nurture that standard across the entire team.

one of the worst customer service ever, it was clearly raining and getting progressively heavier but the staff rudely told us that it was “not heavy enough” it started pouring a few minutes later…

I've been here multiple times but the most recent will be the last. No phone number available to call and we had to go down in person to get a refund. Staff (Aubrey) were unfriendly and unhelpful and refused to process the refund until the rain got even heavier. Highly recommend to avoid and stick to clubs with better policies like Prime
