Singpadel Padel Club

My partner recently had a beginner's introduction to padel. 1) The coach turned up 8 minutes late without apology or explanation 2) The session was conducted with the coach in flip flops. And while they were retrieving the balls, he was using his phone. 3) Last complain was about the pungent grips of rental rackets, I believe this has already been covered by some others here. Just some honest feedback that would go a long way to helping this great club take this great sport to its peak.

As our first time trying out padel, it was a rather disappointing experience. The ball vending machine was not responding at all and we couldn’t buy the balls. Had to request from other players there who were nice enough to lend their own balls. Customer service didn’t pick up my call and took 30mins to text back. If we didn’t manage to borrow balls, we would have wasted 15mins of court time plus the additional time for customer service to help with the vending machine issue, assuming they could. The grips on the rented padels were disgusting to say the least. More than half of the grips were heavily worn out, leaving the original handle exposed. As for the few in better condition, there was a lingering pungent sweat smell. For $5 / padel rental, it is reasonable to have more frequent grip change while still being profitable. We weren’t expecting brand new grips, but the current ones are easily a few weeks old and of regular usage. I know this from my own experience. On a positive note, the sport itself is fun and we can see why it’s growing in popularity. Our main letdowns were caused by mismanagement of the facility. It will take a lot to convince us to play here again.

we booked on Sunday morning and the staff didn’t provide us the PIN for the rackets. We called them but no pick up. Completely unresponsive - a waste of $100

Court is wonderful. Well maintained. Vibes is good. Sad is not sheltered. Why no sheltered ? Always have to fight with the sun or rain.

I started playing Padel four weeks ago and I have been getting coaching and playing games since - I have really loved it! Coach Toni is amazing - he makes every lesson challenging but fun. He genuinely interacts with all players making them feel welcome and supported regardless if they have been playing for years or for a few days. He is a real asset to the business and look forward to seeing the club continue to grow. Singpadel is really lucky to have a head coach like him! The facilities are also great, always clean and in order. Communication through WhatsApp is also really good - always fast and efficient.

The crew were very helpful, assisting with our questions and requests. Most of us were beginners and the coach Toni very kindly taught us some simple techniques and ball play.
