Really bad CS service. The service quality is so inconsistent now and has honestly dropped a lot. They only put updates in WhatsApp and not Telegram, which makes no sense. Especially during rainy days, you literally have to text them yourself just to ask what's going on. Please seriously hire better staff.

Not recommended. Very disappointing experience, poor customer service, and can only refund to their ‘wallet’ - been 2 weeks still can not get my money back I booked and paid for a confirmed private group lesson. Later, they informed me the coach was unavailable. I was travelling and replied when I saw the message, agreeing to keep the court booking only. However, they had also cancelled and released my court booking without clearly confirming this with me. The most disappointing part was the refund. Instead of returning the payment to my original payment method, they placed it into their app wallet, citing “website policy.” For an issue that started because the confirmed coach became unavailable, the handling felt unfair and very frustrating. Poor communication and poor customer service.

Horrible customer service and disgusting experience. This court is totally a scam. Booked a court but got last minute cancellation and refused to refund my money. Such a shame for them to exist in Singapore.

Disgusting customer service, and approach. We booked a court with a coach for 2 people, $200 paid. We ended up being 4 that morning as we managed to recruit more people to the game. They wanted us to pay more, we said we don’t need the coach then, they kept the $200. We said fine. They made us buy the balls, which we did but then didn’t end up using them as one of our pals had them. I returned the balls unopened. They refused to refund us that too, stating that we then need to pay for the one extra racquet rental, so we left the balls with them, unused. Prime Padel Demsey managed to redefine “petty”. So sad.

Didn’t even join a match (only applied) they charged me, there wasn’t enough people for a game and they refused to refund saying cancellation has to happen before 12 hours. I didn’t even join the game and secondly the game didn’t even happen. Please don’t start a business if you don’t have basic integrity and charge people for something you didn’t even provide with your scam tactics." As mentioned by past reviewers my review here as well, would give it a zero star if possible, for a company that charges the most expensive in sg, with shitty cs, dirty ice baths, slippery court, totally not worth it, and probably will get some nonsense off the book or ai reply from their cs, explaining the usual bs bla bla bla.
