They allow and tolerate bullying on courts. Not a community where safeguards are in place, just a facility provider and does not intercept to do the right thing.

Just wanna say Jolin has been super helpful! I asked quite a number of questions, and she was always patient and gave really thoughtful recommendations. You can really tell she knows her stuff. I’ve been to a few other clubs before where they just tell you to check the website, so this was really refreshing. The team at Prime Padel is warm and attentive, and it honestly makes a big difference.

Huge shoutout to the crew that runs this place from Coach Ed to Bryony, Hamish, Weir, Ina, Krish and everyone else that makes it such a fun place to continue coming back to! Don’t buy the Prime Padel branded balls 🎾, poor quality, low bounce. They told us they had changed suppliers due to issues but seems things have not improved.

As good as it gets! Great location, courts are well maintained. I have played twice under light drizzles and had no problem with the court's turf and drainage. What stands out are their team of part timers (Karishma, et al) manning the place. Always friendly and rarely imposing/overbearing. Hope they will keep it that way - maintain a chill and easy going environment for everyone to enjoy the sport.
